Privacy & Cookie Policy
Effective date: August 1, 2026 | Last updated: August 1, 2026
SAGEX is a brand operated by SAGEX Solutions LLC ("SAGEX," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit sagexcrs.com, contact us, subscribe to communications, purchase a digital product, schedule a session, or otherwise interact with services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies. A separate written client agreement may also govern information handled during a consulting engagement; if that agreement conflicts with this Policy, the agreement controls for that engagement.
Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organization, professional role, inquiry details, scheduling preferences, order and billing details, communication preferences, feedback, and any other information you choose to provide. Organization and role information may be optional unless needed for a specific service.
Transaction and payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. SAGEX generally does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may receive limited transaction information, such as your name, billing address, payment status, order amount, product purchased, transaction identifier, and limited card details provided by the processor.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, our website platform and service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, links selected, timestamps, and interactions with the site. This information may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from service providers
We may receive information from providers that support website hosting, commerce, payment processing, scheduling, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and security. The information received depends on the provider and the service used.
Sensitive and clinical information
The public website, standard contact form, and ordinary email are not intended for protected health information, consumer health data, patient records, clinical-trial subject information, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, or confidential sponsor or protocol information. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, study-subject identifiers, health histories, medical images, source documents, unredacted study records, or similar sensitive information through these channels.
If a future service legitimately requires sensitive information, SAGEX will identify an approved process and address any additional contractual, privacy, and security requirements before collection. Unsolicited submission of sensitive information does not, by itself, create a healthcare-provider relationship, HIPAA business-associate relationship, or other special duty beyond what applicable law requires.
How we use information
We may use personal information to operate and improve the Services; respond to inquiries; evaluate service fit; schedule and deliver sessions; process orders and provide digital products; administer transactions, records, and customer support; send requested or transactional communications; send marketing communications when permitted; understand website use; prevent fraud and misuse; protect the security and integrity of our systems; enforce our terms and agreements; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may use information that has been aggregated or deidentified so that it cannot reasonably identify you. We will not attempt to reidentify deidentified information except as permitted by law and for purposes such as testing whether deidentification is effective.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, commerce, payment processing, scheduling, email, analytics, document storage, customer support, security, accounting, and professional services. These providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers; to law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required or appropriate; to protect rights, safety, security, and property; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business; or with your direction or consent.
SAGEX does not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required notices and choices before using information in the new manner.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on a device. Our website platform and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember settings, secure transactions, measure performance, and understand how visitors use the site.
Cookie categories
Essential cookies support core functions such as security, network management, checkout, and privacy preferences. Functional cookies remember selections and improve convenience. Analytics cookies help us understand traffic and performance. Marketing cookies, if activated in the future, may be used to measure campaigns or provide interest-based advertising.
Your cookie choices
You can use the cookie banner or Cookie Preferences control to accept, decline, or manage non-essential cookies. You may also adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, although some site functions may not work properly. Essential cookies may operate because they are necessary to provide the site and requested services.
Do Not Track
Because there is not a uniform industry standard for responding to browser Do Not Track signals, the Services may not respond to every such signal. We will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals when required by applicable law and technically supported.
Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, maintain transaction and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet professional and legal obligations, and protect the business. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship, and applicable requirements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No Internet transmission, email, platform, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate caution when deciding what to send electronically and for protecting your own devices and credentials.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a copy of certain information; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email by selecting the unsubscribe link in the message. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when necessary.
To submit a privacy request, email hello@sagexcrs.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity and clarify the scope of the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may request proof of authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults age 18 or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact hello@sagexcrs.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
United States operations and international visitors
SAGEX operates in the United States, and the Services are primarily directed to users in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Do not purchase or use the Services where doing so would violate applicable law.
Third-party websites
The Services may link to third-party websites, platforms, tools, or resources. SAGEX does not control their privacy or security practices. Review the privacy notices of third parties before providing information to them.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our practices, Services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy with a new last-updated date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of an update is subject to the revised Policy.
